wendersfan and i were discussing power trios in which the guitarist was the lead singer of the group. we agreed on jimi hendrix, and paul weller. we had a hard time coming up with more. we named a few bands, and stopped when i brought up the jon spencer blues explosion. was the guitarist the lead singer of zz top, did they trade vocals? we forgot nirvana, and buddy holly. shame on us!
